1. 14-Day Hassle-Free Returns and Exchanges Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Activated software or digital products (e.g., system activation codes)
Customized products (with engraving or special configurations)
Products damaged by human error (e.g., water damage, dropping, scratches, etc.)
3. Quality Issues
30-Day Warranty: If any performance issues occur, please contact customer service for a return or exchange.
Inspection Requirements: An inspection report from an authorized agency (proving no damage) must be provided.
